Registration is now open for RAIN, the annual ride across the State of Indiana sponsored by the Bloomington Bicycle Club. Saturday, July 13th is the date for 2013. The 160-mile length runs mostly on the Historic National Route 40, an older divided four-lane road with light traffic. It has gentle rolling hills. You should be able to average at least 12 to 14 mph for over 11 hours. All riders must register to participate in RAIN.
Volunteers are needed before and during RAIN to help with everything from registration to rest stops to the finish line. Contact us at email@example.com if you are able to help.
Registration for 2013 is now open. Fees for RAIN 2013 are $47 per rider for online registration or $52 per rider for mail-in registration (pdf) up to midnight June 12 2013 (EDT). Please register early! A late fee of $10 will be added for entries received after midnight June 12, 2013 (EDT). Registration fees and merchandise sales are non-refundable. ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A BIKE HELMET.
