Put Tunnels Under Ramps on Bloomfield Rd Interchange

To avoid traffic impedements (pics1 pics2), tunnels should be placed under the two five-lane-wide ramps on the new I-69/Bloomfield Rd interchange. This has been suggested by Storrow-Kinsella Associates who designed a trail underpass for I-65 in Columbus.
